A seasoned healthcare leader with nearly 30 years of experience in Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Shahzad brings extensive expertise in business growth, operational excellence, governance, and people leadership.

Prior to joining Highnoon, he served as Managing Director & CEO of OBS Pharma and previously held leadership roles at CCL Pharmaceuticals, Getz Pharma, and Hilton Pharmaceuticals. A graduate of King Edward Medical College, Lahore, Dr. Shahzad has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational culture, and driving sustainable growth.

In his role at Highnoon Life Sciences, he will lead the business through its next phase of growth and innovation, further strengthening Highnoon’s commitment to enriching lives through quality healthcare.
