Highnoon, in partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), recently hosted a pivotal Digital Transformation Goal-Setting Workshop. 

This initiative focused on defining a unified digital vision, prioritizing business processes for digitization, and aligning strategies to drive innovation and growth.

The workshop was led by renowned experts, including Neili Carolina Bermúdez Plaza, a specialist in digital health transformation; Leonor Beja da Costa, a consultant in Health & Life Sciences at IFC; Nagui Salama, a global health and international development expert; and Noreen Sajwani, Head of Innovation Consulting at Impatient Health. Their insights guided Highnoon’s leadership in identifying key opportunities to integrate technology into the organization’s core strategy and enhance operational efficiency.
